Let me introduce myself...

I’m Lisa.

I’ve been personal training for over 25 years across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.

In that time, I’ve worked with hundreds of men and women at every stage of life,  from high performing athletes to busy parents, tradies, professionals, and people rebuilding after injury.

And I kept seeing the same thing...

Good people being told they needed more time. More discipline. More perfection.

That’s not how real life works.

Most of the people I work with are juggling work, family, stress, ageing bodies, old injuries, and the quiet frustration of not feeling like themselves anymore.

 

Men who say
“I used to be strong.”
“I don’t look the way I used to.”

 

Women who say
“I’m exhausted.”
“My body feels old and tried.”

 

The problem isn’t effort.
The problem is structure.

 

That’s why I built Tally Ho Training as a hybrid system - face to face coaching, online programming, and targeted workshops that solve real problems.

 

We focus on what actually creates change

I specialise in strength, injury prevention, rehab, mobility, and functional movement.

Where to next...

I am based in Wellington, New Zealand, we live in the country, with 8 chickens, 4 year old wild child, father of said wild child and a bulldog called Daisy.
